What is a lifeku?

A lifeku is a haiku about daily life. For those who are unfamiliar with haiku, it is a form of Japanese poetry usually about nature, "profound," and formatted in 3 lines of 5 syllables, 7 syllables, and 5 syllables. Feel free to check out some famous haikus if you still don't get it.

Comment. It'll make the popular kids like you.

This is for that special person in my life who always thinks they know what they're talking about when in fact they totally don't. No, you don't know who you are.

Hot shot smarty pants
Think you know everything?
Your face is stupid

I know like 10 people like this. Actually I'm looking in Jerry's general direction (also known as "he who likes to argue his point to the death about watching Entourage").

I know like 100 people like this. And by the way I'm NOT AT ALL surprised that Jerry watches Entourage, since Entourage is totally marketed to guys like Jerry. Although I still don't know what you're talking about...

except that basically you're saying Jerry is a hot shot smarty pants

What in the hell is going on over here, Cletus!? Why is it that the really good looking, super-intelligent guy, whose opinion is always right always is the one who gets picked on?? Ohhhh...I know. HATERS (A person who feels anger and/or jealousy for someone who has succeeded in something they have worked hard for.
A being who speaks badly,and/or takes negative actions in attempt to create problems for a successful person). And Entourage also happens to be a great show, not just because of the hot girls and sexy cars, but also because the scripts are ridiculous and genius! So...guys like Jerry would love the show, because any guy who could find himself being Jerry-like, would be on his way to being AWESOME.

1. "whose 'opinion' is always right"

I'm not even going to address that one. You just go ahead and re-read it to yourself.

2. "Haters [+definition]"

Ok. Gayvid Moseley.

3. "Hot girls and sexy cars"

I laughed out loud on that one

and last but not least

4. "AWESOME [referring to self]"

You do know that "awesome" can have a different kind of context, don't you Jerry? The way puffy paint is awesome? That's how you're awesome. Awesome like puffy paint.

You know, I'm not even going to get upset at all of the Jerry criticizing that's going on this morning, because I love you two sooooo much that just you two mentioning my name makes me happy and warm inside. I'm so glad that Rachel will be home soon, so that you two can also poke fun at me in person together! Woohoo! I love the holidays...

And thus I dubbed him, "The Gayrald."

Jerry is "awesome" like Alf, that picture of your brother making that zoolander face, and David Hasselhoff are awesome - doesn't it make you miss the group of Awesome?

Also Awesome - MC Hammer's The Addams Groove showing up on my playlist.

Rachel - I like the way you used numbers - as in "more than one". Jerry - still looking in your general direction and watch that warmness that is going on. It's almost enough for you to write a blog post right??

Oooh Gayrald - what about "Gay-reezy"?

I'm going to burn you two together at the stake...Twin Flames.

It's so true, Jerry always starts with "1" or "a" and then never backs up with a second item.

I do miss the Group of Awesome which brings me to Awesome Flashback: Jessie gets addicted to caffeine pills and can't sing at the Max with Lisa and Kelly in their group "Hot Sunday"

Gayreezy is not bad... not bad at all...
